I replaced it with "vinyl record collecting" I collect electronica, jazz etc. It's a genuine interest of mine, I don't see any harm in that.
You definitely need to fix up those interests....they make you sound ridiculous (no offence if those are your real interests)

this resume could use a lot of work. far too many things to point out. i suggest you use the wso resume review service... you really need it.
Honestly I would just start over. The format looks kind of juvenile IMO. Reminds me of when I tried to break into trading as a junior at a non-target. Needs a lot more black on the page. The content is meh. I would make a list of skills or qualities that you think they're looking for and rewrite every experience to try to sell them on you having those skills
Agreed with jedi3189, i think you should start over with a focus on what they are actually looking for rather than what you want to show them
