PCCP Interview
I've got a superday at Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP) for an analyst role coming up and was wondering if anyone here had any insights as to what to expect? I'll likely be taking it virtually from an office conference room so will I need a keyboard for modeling? Is it fairly technical or more fit?
Interviewers always let you know if there’s a modeling portion. First round is probably just a convo. I take it you’re a recent grad so know all the details of the deals you’ve worked on so far and why you want to do REPE / why move now / why PCCP
Are you interviewing for their debt or equity side? I'm assuming it's split but would be interesting if it's not.
Super days are going to be a lot of talking to people. There's probably going to be a mix of behavioral and technical interviews. If there is a modeling test, they would let you know, but wouldn't hurt to ask your HR contact just to make sure. It would suck if they sprang that on you the day of.
