I mean it makes sense when you think about it since most people at this point already have opportunities for summer 2023 lined up. RBC is a great bank and has always been earlier than most when it comes to summer analyst recruiting from what I remember.
And doesn't the SA timeline usually start between Jan - March? Honestly not that big of a shocker imo

they do this every year; they open apps fall and then don't interview until way later.
They opened in October last year. Offers don’t go out for a loooong time though.

BMO and CG have already held superdays, very reasonable for RBC app to be open, many banks are currently recruiting. Important to note that not all banks' apps are open yet.
