Phone Interview
Interview
Reached out to one of the MDs on the team. He replied and we set up a phone call.

Reached out to recruitment team and asked for interview because I won a scholarship for one of their diversity initiatives.

It was a pretty standard interview, they expect you to know your stuff, two back-to-back 30 minute conversations. 1 purely technical, 1 purely behavioural.
Interview Questions
They asked a question regarding advantages of treasury stock method. That was the first question, which threw me off, I didn't expect they'd start with something kinda obscure.
What has been something you have been impatient with: I didn't have an answer to this one, so started rambling and gave kind of a personal answer. I don't think they liked that.
