Interview
I applied through the company’s official website and was contacted via email shortly after. The process started with a brief phone screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. I was then asked to complete a written assessment, which focused on analytical thinking and communication skills. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview where I met with a few team members and discussed my experience in more detail. Overall, the process was fairly structured and professional, with clear communication at each stage.
Interview Questions
One of the more challenging questions was about the most difficult situation I had faced and how I handled it. It required me to clearly structure a complex experience while demonstrating problem-solving, resilience, and accountability.
