I was curious if anyone had knowledge about trader positions at AM firms? I have a friend who mentioned his firm is hiring and said I should throw my name in the hat. Firm is smaller ~50-100B AUM. Does anyone in here work for a firm like this? Any information on lifestyle, compensation, exit/growth ops would be greatly appreciated!
