BlackRock 2015 Analyst Salaries
Does anyone have insight on what first year Investment/Advisory Analyst make at BlackRock this year?
I know most BB IB's rose their salaries to 85K. I got an offer in BB AM division and it was prorated at 85K, too, but went with BLK because it was a better group. Did BLK have a similar rise in 1st year salaries?

Can someone comment on associate as well? I haven't seen anything on how their program stacks up against the street for analyst or associate. I'd assume it's competitive. For first year analyst they probably are doing $85k like the street, but for associate I'm not so sure.
As of 2014 it was still 70k. Not sure if it has been raised for 2015.

This year's salary is in par with top EB and BB. Not sure about bonus tho.
