How long does it normally take for blackrock to make its hiring decision after the final round? My role is at London office and my first and second rounds were super smooth and quick in moving forward but it’s been two weeks since my last round (3*30mins)…so getting a bit worried whether I’m being waitlisted or it’s just a norm!

This is a lie - I literally spoke to a recruiter this morning and she said no invites have been sent for first rounds let alone final. Good try...
