Does anyone know whether applications are considered on a rolling basis this year?

Just got emailed for a Zoom interview for Real Estate. Should I be expecting more behavioral or technical?
Mostly behavioral, 2-3 technicals. I wouldn't expect anything too bad from Blackrock.
