Blackrock Superday how long to hear back

I had a superday at BlackRock last Friday (1/6) for a corporate division and haven't heard back since. This is my first time doing this, and I have no idea whether this is a bad sign or just me being paranoid. I've looked up other forums on wso about this, and it seems that BlackRock hr generally gets back later than IBs? I would love to hear from other ppl's experience with this process at BlackRock and also what this could potential mean. Thanks.

Hey, I had mine on Monday. They said 7-10 days to hear back. I know they have super days going on all over the country right now so it might take a bit.

Had a superday before Christmas.

Still did not hear back by now, which is a month later.

They send an e-mail stating " we are still in the process of making hiring decisions wer appreciate the patience and apologies for the delay"

Can anybody can come up with any potential explanations what this is supposed to mean ?

Honestly it sounds like you're waitlisted. Happened to me for a different firm. Probably a couple candidates they preferred in front of you and they are waiting to see if they accept/decline.

Thats what I thought but after a month they must already know, since the offer deadline to accept the offer is only two weeks ?

In addition they have to assume that people from super day communicate with each other, so why would they say " we are in the process of making hiring decisions ", when I in fact directly asked HR whether I have been waitlisted.

I was in princeton today as well...but didn't catch when we would hear back...do you think they are making offers at this point halston? Or will we go back?

I didn't catch either point haha.
