Hey all, Long time lurker here, was wondering if anyone was familiar with Blackstone's BAAM group at all. Got headhunted for an interview there for an Analyst position, and while going through the JD, it seemed like a MO/BO kind of position.
Does anyone know what the job ladder is like at BAAM? Is it continuously a MO kind of position, or do you ever get to make investment decisions at all?
Just as a point of reference, here's what I do currently and what I seek to do in the future 1st year out of undergrad at a BB AM in Asia as a Cross-Asset Investment Strategist. Would eventually like to be working as a PM out in Europe or NA.
