Bringing AUM, how much equity should I ash ?

Hi everyone,

I might be leaving my company to join an asset manager as a portfolio manager. I can bring with me between 5 to 10% of total AUM in my new company (c. AUM ~1bn).

My question is quite simple what would be an adequate package (% of company's stake / % of perf fees...)
