Bulge Bracket AM Comp (GS, JPM, MS, etc.)

What is the compensation for front office investing roles at GS Private Equity, MS Investment Management / CounterPoint, and JPM Asset Management PE, even Merrill AM?

For analysts I know its 110 base + 70 bonus

Is associate total comp about 260?

What is vp comp?

Would appreciate if you can provide numbers (usd) for the private and public equity investment professionals make.

No chance any analysts make anywhere close to that 110 + 70 mark, that'd be just as high or higher than their IB counterparts at those banks (especially BofA).

no gs and ms really are that high for analyst, i confirmed that. talking about after that though

good thread on private bank/pwm, but to politely clarify, i'm talking about the private investing groups in msim (even counterpoint/tacopps on public side) and gs aims/growth, as well as jpmam/merrill.

JPM comps equivalently in their AWM program on either AM or PB side unfortunately. Possibly catches up by the time you are VP and exit the A2A program
