I can't find any reference to them being affiliated with Bloomberg L.P. in any capacity. That makes me highly suspicious.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

I'm going to stump for using the official CFAi materials again. Yes, they are longer, but you end up better situated for both the test and the following one. Schweser gives you the absolute minimum to pass THAT level. The time I leaned hardest on Schweser was the time I failed. (Band 10) Every time I leaned on the official materials I passed.
