Compensation Package - MD Asset Management
Received job offer and would like to sanity check compensation structure. I am focused on components of cash compensation (how much cash I actually take home in a given year) vs deferred compensation (vests over several years and would be forfeited if I left firm.) The deferred is separate and distinct from carry package. This is js just for base + bonus.
Asset management - MD level role.
Looking to understand range of deferred compan (what % is deferred) and deferred structure (vesting period, if vest over that period or at the end of period etc).
Thank you.
