I drug tested for BlackRock. They had me do the standard drug test without THC. So 99% of people who are worried about losing their BLK offer from smoking weed don't have anything to worry about.

If you have to ask about a pre-employment drug screen (meaning you’d rather not clean up your a act for a month), you’re probably not a good fit to join an elite institution.
