Finished Superday and then CEO interview, but no word back
Hello all
As the title says, I am interviewing at boutique AM firm (>$5bil AUM) and finished a superday. Then they asked for references to which one of my references told me they seem like they’re going to give me an offer. Then I had a call with the CEO/CIO to which he talked as if I already got the job. It’s been ~4 days with radio silence.
I was under the impression that verbal offers follow pretty quick after these (what I believe to be) final steps.
Should I reach out to HR to figure out next steps or am I too antsy and rushing it?
