Info on Morgan Stanley Investment Management Program

Was looking to apply to MS IM Summer Analyst program for Summer 2025. There is not a lot of info online about these positions...anyone have any insights on this program? Looks like they have a lot of different teams, include Fixed Income, Equity Research, and Sales. Would love to know of more info...thanks!!

Based on previous WSO threads, here is some relevant information about Morgan Stanley's programs:

  • Morgan Stanley S&T SA 2020: There are discussions about the interview process and preferences for different groups within Morgan Stanley. For example, one user mentioned having a first-round interview for the 2015 SA Program and compared MS Institutional Equity S&T vs. Citi S&T. Another user noted that superdays for fixed income were scheduled for early September.

  • MS - Thoughts on IB: This thread discusses the return offers for different groups within Morgan Stanley, highlighting favoritism and diversity as factors in decision-making. It also mentions that some groups had 100% return offers while others had 50%.

  • Incoming SA in a BB FIG group (MS/GS/JPM): This thread provides advice for summer analysts in FIG groups at top banks like MS, GS, and JPM. It suggests that there might be opportunities to change teams mid-summer and that some banks encourage rotations within the analyst program.

For more specific insights on the Investment Management Summer Analyst program, it might be helpful to reach out directly to current or former analysts through networking platforms or forums. Additionally, keeping an eye on updates from Morgan Stanley's HR or recruitment team could provide more concrete details.

I'm sorry, but it looks like this may be out of my ability to answer... maybe some of the links below might help?
