Microsoft Outlook Tips

Exactly what the title says - interested to hear some of the Outlook tips people have whether it's an inbox or calendar view setting, shortcuts, or anything else.

Came upon this good read (https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/what-i-wis…) and wanted to expand on a specific topic.

Thanks!

Not sure if this is useful, or if this is what you're asking for.

You can set up rules in Outlook to automatically file emails you receive (and really set up rules for almost anything). For example, I get emails that are probably sent to some group email that I can't get off (or may not want to be removed from). So now emails from that sender with specific language goes straight to my delete folder and marked as read unless an exception (I've selected) applies. Now, you may not want it to go to the delete folder, but you can have it sent elsewhere.

There are times when I've sent something only to realize that I forgot something. So I then send the dreaded supplemental email. Only so many times you can do that before it looks like you're sloppy. I'm all out of jokes for them too. So I placed a rule that delays my emails for a minute. I made an exception for emails marked urgent, so those get sent out immediately.

Voluptas quo facilis id beatae nihil expedita. Iste reiciendis quos quas facere enim sit reprehenderit. Quibusdam mollitia fuga ea quae maiores. Enim fugiat odit et non. Nihil eveniet et odit ipsum enim.
