No full time conversion, what to do?
I recently accepted an SA offer from a LO for investment strategy but there is no full time conversion (currently an undergrad FYI). But I will be able to interview with other teams within the firm for full time.If I were to expand my options to other firms (both buyside and sell side), what areas should I apply to? I'm interested in macro related roles but I'm worried that the current job market for Wall Street won't afford me this luxury.My end goal (within 10 years) is either to stay within investment strat or transition into a discretionary global macro hf.
