Non-Diversity Student Programs

Hi everyone!

I am currently a freshman at a non-target school. After looking up "Student Programs" at some BB banks, it appeared to me that most of these programs are for minority students. As a person who identifies as Asian, do you have any suggestion on programs that I am eligible to sign up for? All firms are welcomed!

Moreover, do you also have any suggestion on training courses hosted by these firms? Do you think that it is worth taking these courses?

Thank you so much for your help!
