Off-cycle vs On-cycle hiring

I am graduating from school in May and have been in the hiring process with JPM for a couple months now for an AWM analyst position. I applied to both the on-cycle and off-cycle options for them.

I was contacted earlier this week and told that I was selected for a superday with the off-cycle team in a week. Additionally, I just received an email saying I have been selected for the on-cycle one as well. The big kicker here is I can only choose one to attend.

Does anyone have any advice? I am quite confused, as is one of my friends who worked at the bank for several years. Need to give them an answer within 24 hours.

I would go with off-cycle as they have high full-time conversion rates and it also gives you alot more time with the firm, meaning more time to network/prove yourself in the role. Also, there is less competition between fellow analysts (unlike on cycle) but this shouldn't be a factor if you are confident in your abilities. Best of luck :)
