The PAG group does a lot of portfolio analysis, and scenario analysis. You will gain knowledge of portfolio management and risk management. A lot of analysts do move on to work in risk management or S&T. The starting salary is $60k. But they work your ass off, it's like banking hours, but high learning curve. It's a well respected group in BlackRock.

I know BlackRock PAG analyst is 10 to sign and 70 base, but does anyone know what a typical bonus is? Also, what are the exit ops from PAG?
