Post Superday Phone Call, No Voicemail

Hi everyone!

I had a superday for a 2025 program a week ago that I felt confident about. I sent a thank you email after the interview, and two days after the interview, I received a "we need additional info" email that asked for SSN, citizenship info, and other legal pieces of info.

3 days after the interview, I got a call from the recruiter who ran the superday! However, I was at work and missed the call! I tried calling back, leaving a voicemail, etc. and got no response. I emailed, but have yet to receive a response there either.

What could this mean?? Am I hired because I got a call and they don't want to tell me over voicemail? Am I rejected? Do they reject people over phone? Did they call because they needed more info? Why wouldn't they email me or call back again? So confused

Had a similar situation last yr, missed the call in class…took another day to get ahold of them. I imagine a lot of kids miss calls or such so they get pretty busy with call backs etc. They aren’t going to give your offer away off one missed call haha

Def update when you hear back, hope you get it
