Post-superday wait time for BlackRock?
Just had a superday with BlackRock in NYC. What is the wait time for BlackRock after the superday? Most BB banks only take one or two days. I'm not sure if that applies to BlackRock as well? Does anyone have any experience with BlackRock recruiting?
I had a superday on thursday and have not heard back. On Friday, however, HR called me and said they were finishing up the interviewing process and that overall the feedback had been very positive in my case and that I should hear back sometime next week (which is this week, week of 11/10)... anyone else can provide insight into the timeline or being contacted by HR? Thanks

I had an internship with them last summer and the wait time after a superday was approx. 1-2 weeks! Don't worry about it too much. BlackRock's HR is also amazing so I wouldn't feel hesitated to reach out to them. Good luck

Hey I also had a final round interview with a different group. I sent email to HR. And I was told that they would still need one or two more weeks to finalize the decision. (but I had a feeling that the process depends on the group you applied to)
Did anyone hear back yet?
When I interviewed with them my final round was on Friday and they gave me an offer for FI investments on Monday . Hope that helps and good luck

After my superday 2 weeks ago (on a Monday) it took them only 2 days to get back to me.
With a rejection.

Two days later HR email me I received positive feedback from my super day while the team were working through some final decisions, and she also stated that she would get back to me as soon as she heard anything from them.
Now it has been 1 and a half week since I had the interview, I emailed the HR for updates two days ago, haven’t received anything back from them. Finger crossed!
It took four weeks for BlackRock to get back to me after my superday. Don't worry about it yet, just hang tight and explore any other options you may have while they decide.
