I’m a Senior in undergrad (graduating Spring 2021). I am looking to find good rotational programs to apply too. Any idea of which companies I can look into ? Also how does the timeline and recruiting process differ from just summer internship positions? Thanks for any help !

Check out Vanguard's Investment Managment Development Program (IMDP). It's a two-year rotational program in their investment management group. Program participants get to rotate each department (like equities, FX, investment strategy, risk management etc) every six month. I belive the 2021 application is already open on their careers website.
