T. Rowe Price associate analyst program

There are some old threads on this but thought a new one would be useful. Looking for insights on the T. Rowe associate analyst program. Anyone here go through the interview process? Are first rounds purely behavioral vs. technical? Any details on the process or potential things to prepare for would be great.

T. Rowe is a fantastic place to work. Everyone says the only downside is Baltimore, but T. Rowe is in a perfectly safe area of a city that is quietly and rapidly improving.

3 major developments (Harbor Point, Port Covington, Baltimore-Penn redevelopment) will essentially transform the city over the next 5 years.

Regardless, T. Rowe is awesome, and it’s a great time to set up in Baltimore.

Agreed with all of this, would also note that it's essential you get your CFA to move up the ranks - they value it from a marketing perspective.

If you are able to land a top BB or EB, would recommend that route as it keeps the AM door open while opening up options in private investing. Otherwise would recommend T Rowe, esp if dead set on public equities

This program takes ~3 interns a year. If you want to do buyside this is the golden ticket.
