Thoughts and advice urgently

I graduated from a lower tier university in Dec 2022 with a 2:2 in finance. Four months later, I managed to get on a trainee/apprenticeship scheme at a custodian at CW. Managed to get my IOC and spent two years in a BO role, but was unable to go permanent.

During that time I did suffer a major loss in the family five months in, and it took me some time to get over it and stop blaming myself. I wasn’t able to fully focus on my work etc and I did struggle a lot.

Fast forward, I am currently unemployed. I have had a few MO interviews and I have been trying to reach out to recruiters/any possible networks but if I’m honest, this job market is draining me. I can hardly sleep at night, my appetite varies and I just don’t know what to do.

My goal for now is to secure anything I can. Future wise, I am considering doing the GMAT and hopefully make my way to bschool and work on recruiting for more FO positions in AM etc. I ideally want to end up in IR.

I just need some advice, anyone that can look at my CV, pass it on etc. I’m desperate for work and I honestly miss the idea of having a job and working towards my career.
