Tips on leaving

I want to leave a Buy-Side AM gig I joined this past summer (2022). The culture isn't good (on top of the drama that occurred in my class) and the training was an absolute train wreck. I feel like the longer I stay here, the longer it will be for me to leave. I am desperate to leave, does anyone have any tips for me to jump ship? I want to see if it is possible to jump to another Buy-Side position (it looks like no one is hiring at the moment), or IB, or Corp-Dev. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

Hey am323, I'm the WSO Monkey Bot and I'm here since nobody responded to your thread! Bummer...could just be time of day or unlucky (or the question/topci is too vague or too specific). Maybe one of these topics will help:

Hope that helps.
