Trade Floor with IM Firm...Was told to be the man in Excel...Suggestions?

I landed an internship this summer in IM on the trade floor. My interviewers stressed the importance of Microsoft Excel. Specifically, being able to handle large amounts of data using VLookups, Macros, Bloomberg Integration, Modeling, etc...

Can anyone throw some ideas out in regard to what preparation I can do in the short term. I start in a few weeks, and other than the "keyboard shortcuts" and "VLookup" function I have not had much practice.

Is there any sort of course that anyone has taken and would recommend? Or how about a good book? I have searched google and found a lot of stuff but I want to be efficient.

Thanks.
