In Europe and Asia UBS is bigger and more respected. Not sure about the US, where UBS has been hurt quite badly lately.
ubs is still one of the best asset management firms in the world
For ibd i'd go with cr suisse
for am, ubs is still pretty good but cr suisse is not bad either.
ask yourselves questions about the ways junior are treated in cr suisse and ubs; then make your decision.

Hey its a position in Asia.. I'm quite familiar with CS but from what I know culture in both CS and UBS are similar..
