Wait to take CFA Level 2 given changes?

Given the recently announced changes to the CFA curriculum, do you think it makes sense to postpone sitting for Level 2 until next year? Was planning on sitting for it this summer (haven’t formally registered yet) but given the changes might my passing chances be higher if I wait for the updated program with the “technical skills” areas etc. I do not have a work requirement to take it, so this would be purely about maximizing chances of passing while trying to maintain as much of a life as possible while studying. Passed Level 1 in the fall so not like I am immediately turning around to benefit from the existing knowledge base.
