Why do you want to leave your current role?

Any thoughts on how to answer this? I was restructured yesterday out of Top Tier BB asset managemer but am still "working" (getting my paychecks until October). If a potential future employer asks why I want to leave what should I say? especially if its a lower tier than a top tier BB asset manager.
