Offer - comparaison: Kearney CEE vs. Monitor NSE

Hi all,

I’m currently deciding between two full-time strategy consulting offers at Kearney CEE and Monitor Deloitte NSE, and would really appreciate your input. Both roles are at the entry level.

I’m trying to evaluate them based on a few factors:

  • Working conditions: hours, culture, team dynamics
  • Compensation and benefits: total pay incl. bonuses, taxation, COL-adjusted lifestyle
  • Learning opportunities: exposure to senior leadership, type of projects, training
  • Exit opportunities: ability to move into MBB, industry strategy roles
  • International mobility: options to transfer to offices in other countries down the line

I'm currently leaning toward staying for ~2 years and transferring to an international office, ideally London, so I’d appreciate any insight into how flexible and supportive each firm is when it comes to global mobility. I’d also like to understand how each firm is regarded internationally and how the experience at either office is valued
