What are my chances getting into Big 4 Consulting?

Would love some feedback on my chances of getting into MBB or Big 4 Management Consulting?

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering - Southeast State School

Right after undergrad, worked in Project Engineering in the Fortune 500 Chemical Manufacturing Industry

- Responsibilities were in Business + Technical duties as being in a Manufacturing Environment the Engineer was responsible for End-to End Projects

-- Business Justifications, Financial Modeling for (IRR,ROI,NPV), Depreciation Models, Capital Project Execution (Design & Construction), Financial Controls (Forecasting,Accruals,Budgeting)

I had begun planning to attend Business School Full Time and studying for GMAT, then I got an offer at one of the Top 5 Largest & Most Profitable Tech Companies to work in Technical Consulting. So I put Business School plans aside, and joined the company. (Wowed by the Compensation and awe of working at a Tech Company)

I now work in Technical Consulting but my title is Engineer

- I work with Large Enterprise Clients on as a Service (SaaS,PaaS,IaaS) projects and work exclusively on Technical Deployments.

I had the now dumb idea, that since I was already at a Large Tech Company, where I get my MBA doesnt matter, as I will try to utilize my MBA here.

So I went back to my undergrad school for MBA (not ranked highly at all & will probably finish with a 4.0) and begun the Online MBA that I will complete in a year.

I now have come to the realization that I made a mistake putting Full Time MBA aside, and do not see myself at all working in Big Tech for the long haul.

-The overall way we interact and work is in a fake/facade kind of way, people who dont work hard are measured on different scales, and you can not be forceful at all when attempting to get things done, as I was used to working in the Manufacturing Industry.

Big Tech is not for me, so my ask is, did I screw myself too far gone already?

Can I possibly get to MBB or Big 4 Management Consulting from where im at?

I was looking into the National Black MBA Association Conference and Career Fair for 2023, will this conference get me in front of them?
