I don't think you would need the CFA since you already got masters. Would recommend getting SIE and some practice with wallstreetprep or other trainings. The CFA does provide a good boost though. Would rather spend the time networking with ER analysts.

Definitely ask Biotech ER analysts on LinkedIn.

 

Won’t the bank have to sponsor you still?

Its possible without but MDs and PhDs are having trouble doing it in this market. Best to try rn but dont get discouraged if you aren’t getting traction in this market.


IMO CFA for biotech doesn’t make a difference wouldn’t waste your time or money on it. Would love to hear if others have different thoughts
