Lateraling for FT
Hi everyone, I recently (along with what seems like most if not all interns in my group) received a BB FT return offer. I was wondering if it’s even possible/if people ever lateral to another bank for ER? Just curious if it’s ever done or even feasible

ER positions are hard to come by for FT cause as you know even the intern classes are small and turnover is low. That being said I think it can be done with networking. Only problem is no one knows how it’s going to be this year.
