I have an interview for an ER position with William Blair. Any advice on prep for the interview?
Technical aspect: I heard BIWS materials were helpful here. Any other suggestions?
Fit: I read that fit was very important for WB - can anyone elaborate on this?

Yep. Same as most- however, sometimes a phone interview will occur in place of an in-person first round interview. Then superday.
But, does anyone know if they are done recruiting for this summer?
Why didn't you just ask that instead of asking what the process is? Can't answer that, only familiar with last year's process.
If last year was anything to go by, they probably aren't.

Depends on the firm. Typically $80k-$100k base with 10-30% bonus based on performance.
