Any insight into Exoduspoint London?
In the middle of an interview process with a PM there (macro/fixed income focussed). Base salary there is much lower than i expected (100k gbp). I have just under 5 years experience on the sell side but he says this is the base salary for all investment professionals at exodus (which i find hard to believe). Anyone have any colour on pay/culture at the firm?
ruvermillion, sorry there are no responses yet. Maybe one of these topics can point you in the right direction:

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
A little lower than the larger MMs but sounds fair. All analysts receive the same base, it doesn't really change.
Base salary seems roughly in line, you don't get the upside for free... Ask what the target bonus range is and what needs to be done to hit the high/low end of that range.
Is the base salary still £100k for analyst?
I thought it was similar to other MM at ~120k
Any idea on the base salary of a junior analyst at Exodus/Schonfeld/Verition in London?
Is £100k standard in 2025?
You'd better believe it bro. As has been said ad nauseum on these boards, you don't go to pod shops for the base. Only go if you are betting on yourself to achieve right tail outcomes
Yes it is, some even pay a lower base
Established multi manager paying less than £100k base salary???
Yes I know this for a fact
