Bracebridge Capital

In the process with Bracebridge Capital for an investment analyst position, wondering if anyone can shed some more light on this firm? I see that they’re a pretty good FI HF, with strategies across structured products, rates, emerging markets, and corporate debt, and I’m wondering how this opportunity lines up with other FI HFs, such as Citadel GFI or Anchorage, in terms of comp, prestige, WLB. I see that basically everyone at Bracebridge seems to have ivy pedigrees with math-y backgrounds, and I’m not sure if I would necessarily fit in with that. It also seems like they’re very under the radar—is this on purpose or are they just not doing very well?
