Thoughts on Eisler capital
Does anyone here know something about Eisler Capital. Apparently they moved from a single manager to a multi manager model a few years ago and are now hiring aggressively. Any insights on performance, pay, systems, culture? Where do they stand compared to the more established MMs like Millennium, Point72, Baly or Exoduspoint?
Is it a good place to join as a PM?

Starting PM allocations are somewhat smaller than you might get elsewhere, but payout is comparable with ability to scale rapidly if you put up results. A friend-of-a-friend works there and has done well, but I don’t have much firsthand knowledge myself.
Thanks, that's interesting. Would you mind sharing what strategy your acquaintance is roughly trading (e.g. linear rates, long/short equity, etc.). Also, just for reference where would you see the usual average starting capital allocation for a slightly more junior PM, I.e. first PM job after some years as sub PM with track record- since you say Eisler may be lower than that.
