What are the tier 1 SM credit hedge funds out there?

What is the forum's consensus on the best SM credit hedge funds out there? Strategy is more liquid public markets relative value or long/short funds, and not distressed focused. Would you guys put Arini, Canyon, King Street, Magnetar, Mudrick, Marble Arch on that list?

Any other funds that you guys would consider tier 1 SM credit HFs?

Gotta find that margin of safety boyo. Can't lose money if you're not deploying it.

There continues to be insufficient yield in this market. The "distressed debt" hedge fund model is dead. King Street, York, Anchorage, Monarch, all shuttered or a shell of what they were. Game has become CLO management or turning into an asset gathering multistrat shop (Oaktree, DK, Oak Hill, GoldenTree). There are exceptions (Mudrick), but for the most part, the party is over.

Have always heard about this team but there doesn't seem to be much out there. What exactly is their mandate and how do they fit in given Hybrid Value and Corporate credit teams exist?

Ignore title. I have heard that the culture there is pretty rough. Relatively interesting deal flow. No clue on comp
