Just look at the industries and businesses Buffett buys and there's your answer.
Whether they survive through being acquired or keeping their own name, I believe multiple industrials have a good shot at longevity through their capability to adapt to or incorporate changing technology. CAT, ETN, XYL, PH. Maybe some REIT businesses like WY.
Surely major CPG companies - P&G, JNJ, etc

Moody's, S&P Global
Lindy effect + regulatory entrenchment + strong moat
would say Visa, Mastercard but I think they can be disrupted with blockchain tech

Phillip Morris - It's already 100+ years old, highly profitable, and produces/sells a highly addictive substance that's been consumed by people for over 12,000 years. They've navigated through multiple cycles of regulatory and consumer behavior shifts and have shown the ability to innovate on product as generational preferences change.
Unless there's a complete prohibition of nicotine, I doubt they're going anywhere anytime soon.
