Assuming you are in a sector team and not some sort of corporate banking role the there's a clear difference between HSBC and the rest. In normal recruiting markets it's pretty normal to lateral from HSBC to any other BB/MM until the Assoc years. Gonna be tough now with lateral recruiting effectively closed. No view on the other firms you mention but guess lateraling out of these you have to target lower landing spots.
Second this. Clear difference in IB.
I've seen plenty ex HSBC in my BB. Easy enough with networking from AS-VP.
