Looks pretty legitimate as long as you aren't a junior person. I would assume from the investing criteria that they are investing the money of some very wealthy family. Being on the "Origination" team undoubtedly means that you're cold-calling companies looking to deploy capital. If you're okay with that (or can work your way up), could be a great opportunity.
