1st year analysts in the US vs. Europe
Do you think European 1st years analysts are generally much more capable than their counterparties in the US? Given that it’s much more common to do several internships (off-cycles etc) before starting full-time in Europe. Rather than just completing a summer and then wait until you start as the norm seem to be in the US.
