2018 Incoming Analyst Seeking a Roommate [NYC]

I am planning on apartment hunting as soon as June hits but figured it would be nice to have roommate situation figured out earlier. Preferably looking for fellow IB analysts who would understand each other's life style/pattern. I'm respectful and clean up after using the kitchen/bathroom/living room etc. (I want you to do the same too).

I've been a study hard party hard (responsibly) type guy in college but I don't know how that will change once I start working 80+ hours a week. Regardless, I probably won't want our apartment to be a party central (if you or I want to bring people over, we should respectfully communicate that ahead of time). I'm pretty reasonable and understanding so as long as you are a nice guy, you won't have any of those "roommate disaster" "roommate nightmare" etc. experience with me.

My personal hobby/interests are: Gym/Photography/Sports/EDM shows

City: NYC Preferred Areas: Midtown West, Midtown East Start Date: July Lease Start: Mid-June ~ Late-June Position: FT Analyst at BB Total Roommates Target: 1~3 Your Gender: Straight male Budget: 2000 max (lower is better) Contact: PM *If you are non-smoker, that would be ideal
