(2020) Recent FIG Deals?
I've been having a hard time finding FIG deals that have occurred since last summer (2019), have there been any relatively high profile ones since? Anything is helpful - banks, insurance, am etc

Piper Sandler acquires Valence group. Houlihan acquires MVP Capital. Dime community and bridge Bancorp.
Exactly what I was looking for, thanks
First Horizon and IberiaBank
Go to KBW transactions or other banks that do fig and you’ll see them all.
Charles Schwab acquiring TD Ameritrade is probably the most high profile one imo
Morgan Stanley bought E*TRADE.
Not sure what you view as large, but there have been like 10 that are >$5bn in the last year Biggest are Samba, Willis towers watson/Aon, Etrade/MS, TD ameritrade, Refinitive/LSE
Out of curiosity, who typically advises on these big FIG deals? The biggest name dedicated FIG banks are usually smaller shops (Piper, KBW), so do they usually get these big mandates or do they go to GS and other BBs?
GS/MS/JPM. Occasional a few of the boutiques will be on them (mainly PJT/Evercore/Lazard) Piper/KBW are pretty much limited to middle market
JPM and MS advised on NCB-Samba merger.
CS advises on Aon/WTW and TD/Schwab deals 2 of the 3 biggest FIG transactions in the last 12 months
HL has a great FIG market update on its website

FHN buying IBERIA, TCB buying Independent, CIT bought Mutual of Omaha's bank, First Bancorp bought Santander Puerto Rico... there are probably a couple other bank deals that I'm forgetting. FHN IBERIA is a large one though.
Tcb fell through.
Thank you
Just go to that firm who I cannot talk about's site. Run all of the best FIG deals this year an last.
Just go to The Buttonwood Tree. I believe they're a newer publication but they focus on high finance. You can literally just filter by industry sector.
