Process is fairly straightforward but does semi-limit you early to rbc - basically signing a two year contract
Does anyone know what kinds of questions would be asked? Really just probing about the possibility of technicals
rbc is a firm that cares more about past experiences. Do expect basic technicals, but know your story. Know your resume inside and out and be ready to elaborate on anything. First rounds at rbc (especially for pathways) are behavioral, then you start dipping into techs with superdays

Just received ding email, for background I did no networking and come from Canadian target. Seems like the email was sent in bulk to many people at once, so if you did not receive it, you may still be in the process. Applied for Canadian offices also.

I haven't heard anything yet, interviewed for municipal finance. what about you? superday is next week so if we do hear something should be by the end of the week imo.
