Hey guys,
I see all these posts about people landing first rounds and super days and honestly it is overwhelming. Should I be worried I haven’t heard anything? Networked like crazy and still am, non target but have had some great conversations. Any thoughts are welcome, please let me know.

Follow up with all your contacts. Make sure all of them know you're recruiting and interested in their bank. If you've had a call in the fall, try to catch up. If you called during 2023 send a nice note following up and potentially do a catch up call.
